She's so lovely.

We had a family dog sitting emergency this week, and I had to step in and spend the afternoon with Arthur, the golden retriever. I fell in love with him.

I went to Arthur's, so the cat had no idea (other than some suspicious sniffing when I got home).

He was such a character. I was warned that when I took him out for a walk he'd bring me the biggest stick he could find, and he didn't let me down!

They spend more time biting each other these days but sometimes they just want to curl up together

Arthur is so silky and gorgeous!

Those cats... I really loved how ours used to curl up together, almost melting into one big furball. Suddenly I really miss them and I want cats again.

Schnook and I had a long walk with my rents today. I encouraged him to go into a pond and it turned out to be full of sinking mud! My godmother said he looked a bit kinky with black thigh boots and his harness; now I can't unsee it.

Kinky Schnook! :love2:

T's girlfriend does some dog sitting occasionally, but usually sticks with one dog at a time. However, having already made an arrangement to take care of one dog, one of her regulars needed emergency surgery (the owner not the dog), so she's got double trouble tonight. They're getting on fine though!

What lovely doggos.

Spectrum has decided (after almost 3 years) that Ripley is not problem at all. And will share the bed
