Are you starting Monday? If we haven’t heard by what? 6pm? we’ll send an ambulance.

I'm not sure whether I love it or hate it. I always feel amazing afterwards though. The first proper set of cardio (star jumps and jump rope) is still awful.

It does get better. Eventually The last cardio always feels good I find. I think it’s because it’s 4 different moves.

Good work from everyone!
D4 strength done. I wasn't in machine mode today and decided I was talking nonsense yesterday when I said I liked that last circuit. Anyway, not a great burn today 225 but it's out of the way. I did use heavy weights a lot and my balance was good. I hate the swimming thing, my body doesn't bend backwards. It hardly bends forward as it is.

Well done. The swimming thing is really awkward and makes me feel silly.
D4 cardio done. My bear kicks were cub kicks and I only did about half the burpees but otherwise all done.
Total calories 301.

Good work! Also D4 cardio done; 276. I felt quite powerful. In parts. I do hate those bear kicks. They're so, so knackering. I always pretend I'm being videoed and beamed out to local television so I suck my stomach in and power through.

Well done, I am loving the idea of your efforts being broadcast
My shoulder is not happy. It’s low level aching and crunched in the car just now as I changed into 3rd. I might need overnight ibuprofen.

It really does focus the mind!
Over night ibuprofen sounds worthwhile. Have you got any volterol gel to apply directly?

I think I have actually, It's just difficult to pinpoint exactly where it hurts.

I love the additional pressure you put on yourself, Dix. Crunchy shoulder sounds horrid, Tex. Tiger balm?
I've done my cardio. There's one exercise called "kick outs" where you hop about and spin your arms in small circles, it's the worst thing in the world EVER and my arms are falling out of their sockets now, I swear.

I cannot imagine those kick outs but I trust you when you say it's horrible.
Is yours supposed to be daily for three months?!

That does sound horrible, like the tweety birds but worse.

It should be next Tuesday, I think, I'm going to have to miss a day because of various Zoom commitments.
Hope the meds and a good night's sleep helps, Tex.
