Veggie sausage, mash, veg, gravy
Smoked mackerel, new pots, broad beans, spinach, creme fraiche
Tofu stirfry or Tom Yum
Salmon, chimichurri, rice

Things are so thin on the vegbox farm at the moment that I got about a carrier bag full of onion tops (or scapes as they call them.) Soup them? Sauce them?

I use my scapes finely chopped in place of onion in bases. Infuse milk for dauphinois or mash? Thoroughly mince to make garlic butter?
