When you say “fixings” it makes me think you’re a single toothed, banjo strumming, 13 fingered hillbilly, Emma rather than the stylish woman you are.

We (I :look:) need to hear about everything you eat!

I stopped getting a veg box as it was rubbish and have gone back to eating whatever I feel like on the day. It's not ideal. Must get back into meal planning. I should start by planning meals around the food I've got stuffed in the freezer that is probably getting on a bit.

It’s a funny week as Elvis is having a birthday weekend then buggering off to camp. So it goes from being all about her to being the anti-her, and I’m away 2 dinners. So Sproglette is opting for veggie (not vegan) quorn, chickpeas and Bao buns.

We’ve also delayed the order a day, which I didn’t anticipate when planning last week.

BOT, pot noodle, roasted veg & bean burgers or whatever else can be rustled up from the back of the cupboard/freezer!
Lemony linguine
Birthday brunch - pancakes, pastries, fruit
Bao buns (I think I’ll make myself a chilli as I’m not that keen)
Quorn southern fried nuggets/chicken tenders, potato smilies and beans (I’ll make that chilli a double batch…)
Chana masala
Leftovers
