I didn't do anything on Wednesday which was no surprise as I didn't get home from the small animal hospital until half nine so I did my running session last night and it was a bit of a disaster but it's done.

I'll be doing my 40 min easy and possibly bootcamp today. Mon/Wed my bootcamp venue is a five minute walk away but Fri is ten or so miles which is a pain.

Excellent stuff.

I did some hill reps which although not great, went better than expected and we did have a hell of a laugh whilst doing them.

4 mile training run. I did the hilly section of the Frome 10k route. I’d forgotten how savage it is in places.

I did a short full body and then a biceps workout this morning. I have a 60 min run on the cards too, but it’s chucking it down here just now. I’m hoping it eases off after lunch otherwise I’ll have to go on the dreadmill.

Yesterday was upper body, run and badminton. I might take a full rest day or just get out for a short run.

Time trial today. 2 mile warm up, 1 mile time trial, 1 mile cool down. Plus the extra section where I managed to pause the watch instead of start the time trial :ella:

I just went for a walk tonight to get some steps in after quite a sedentary day.

It was strides for me today - 10 min warm up, 8 x 20 sec hard, 45 sec recovery, 10 min cool down.

I am now also considering adding a half marathon in to my plans…I have found the running love again.
