Re: What's in your wardrobe?
I'm obsessed with green velvet blazers at the moment! There 3 good options at M&S online at the moment (one more kimono than blazer but still). I'd never actually have occasion to wear one though, which is why I haven't pulled the trigger.
But I still covert.
I got a good festive jumper from Tesco of all places - a very soft black v neck with extremely subtle sequins - not really visible by day, but lovely and gently twinkly under artificial light.

Pull the trigger Derek! I can’t think of an occasion where you wouldn’t be able to wear one!

Much as I enjoy being enabled ... I live in hoodies and jeans, with (non cool) trainers and big bundled up coats with hoods. A velvet blazer has no place in my life. But you absolutely should!Pippedydeadeye wrote: ↑Thu Nov 28, 2024 11:52 am Pull the trigger Derek! I can’t think of an occasion where you wouldn’t be able to wear one!

I had a brainwave! J always wants direction on presents (not that I'm a fussy bastard or anything...) so I've sent him a link to one of the kimono style one which I stand a vague chance of wearing once or twice.
Something that I love and want but can't possibly justify is the perfect present

From Next. There’s another polo neck poncho thing that’s loose fitting but I’m too cold to take everything off and demo it!
The gilet is reversible.
